My first job, my gateway to adulthood.

While I was here, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for eBay and Sprint, gaining valuable experience in handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels.

Concentrix

January 2022 - August 2023

I had the opportunity to work for Google and HP Instant Ink through Concentrix.

This experience allowed me to apply the customer service skills I had developed in my previous job. It was a brief but valuable experience in my professional journey.

Leadspring ISA

April 2022 - August 2022

While working at Concentrix, I decided to venture into Cold Calling for a Real Estate company.

My previous experience in customer service definitely proved valuable in this role. However, I eventually left the company to pursue a better opportunity.

Supp App LTD

August 2022 - Present

Supp is an Australian tech company that operates a marketplace app connecting workers and businesses in the hospitality industry.

My main role at Supp is as an Email Customer Support representative. In addition to providing email support, I also handle the processing and review of worker applications interested in using our app. Essentially, I play a crucial part within Supp's Community Management team.
